Standard Session Fees
Individual Therapy (45 minutes): $200 per session
Couple/Relationship Therapy (60 minutes): $250 per session
Sliding Scale
As a commitment to increasing access to therapy I offer a sliding scale. I offer a “redistribution rate” above my standard rate; those who are willing to pay more for their therapy sustain my ability to accommodate clients unable to pay my standard fee. Sliding scale rates are negotiable at any time during treatment. Please contact me to learn more about my current sliding scale offerings.
Appointment and Cancellation Policies
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide 48 hours notice. Time is reserved exclusively for you. Without proper notice I am unable to accommodate other clients and manage my time accordingly. If I am not notified within 48 hours you will be charged in full for the rate of the session. If you are late for a session we will end at the original session time. I do not accept partial payment for shortened sessions.
Payment Options
Payment for services are expected at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and FSA/HSA accounts. I do not accept health insurance.
Many of my insured clients use out of network benefits to help them pay for therapy. Oftentimes health insurance will reimburse clients a percentage of their out of pocket fees when seeing an out of network provider. I am happy to provide superbills and guidance on talking to your insurance about reimbursement for therapy.
No Refunds for Therapy Sessions
Due to the personalized nature and time commitment of therapy, I am unable to offer refunds once a session has been provided.
Electronic Communication Disclaimer
I take your confidentiality seriously. I provide therapy via a HIPAA compliant, encrypted video platform and prefer we communicate outside of weekly sessions via my password protected client portal. There are inherent risks in communicating via unencrypted channels such as text and gmail.
